Assembly steps

  1. Place the bottom panel (C) between the sides (A, B) at 90° and fix with 2 × 4×50 mm screws per joint, 5 cm from each edge.
  2. Fit the top panel (D) the same way.
  3. Lay the carcass face down and measure both diagonals; push until they are equal so doors close properly.
  4. Nail or screw the back panel (E) every 15 cm with 3.5×18 mm screws.
  5. Install shelves (F) on pins or with 4×50 mm screws through the sides.
  6. Mount 35 mm cup hinges on the doors (G) with 3.5×16 mm screws; hinge plates sit 37 mm from the front edge.
